Our capabilities include building design and construction together with associated M&E on large and small scale commercial, private and industrial projects.

We undertake contracts for regional development agencies, local authorities, water companies, major private companies and developers together with private individuals.

Projects undertaken include:

• design and construction of  a 100m x 30m steel portal frame building and a weighbridge building as part of a Household Waste Recycling Centre contract
• design and construction of three maintenance buildings to provide security to the Haweswater Aqueduct
• design and construction of a pumping station and dosing buildings together with control buildings on water industry projects
• design and construction of clubhouse and changing rooms for Rugby Union Football Club
• design and construction of the four grandstands for Bury Football Club
• design and construction of warehouse extensions and refurbishments for major logistics companies
• design and construction of an information centre for a colliery reclamation project

We maximise our in house capability to deliver robust solutions and make full use of our network of strategic partners to implement standard and bespoke designs. Our capability is enhanced by our ability to undertake not only the design but the necessary third party liaison and approval procedures to ensure a total design and construct coverage.

We also undertake projects requiring BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method), which sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design and has become the de facto measure used to describe a building’s environmental performance.
